We switched from another, much larger pest control company, where we had a different service technician every visit. We weren't exactly unhappy - nothing was terrible - but it wasn't great either. On the recommendation of our neighbors, we switched to A-Action and couldn't be happier. We have the same service technician each time, and Pete is fantastic. By now he knows our house and I don't have to explain each time what has or hasn't already been done and what's where.

I switch to A-Action from my previous company and so far I have no complaints. I can’t say whether or not the treatments were effective but I will say the customer service has been outstanding. The technician that came out to my home was professional, kind, considerate and incredibly helpful and informative. He even pointed out a yellow jacket nest no one else had found and offered to treat it at a lower cost since he was already here to do other services. I am hopeful the treatments are effective and I will continue to be a happy customer.
