Nikki was prompt, patient and accommodating when I called for a mice problem. Pete was my technician and he was also professional and respectful. He wore a shoe boot to prevent tracking in mud into the house. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and answered all our questions. He gave us a peace of mind. I’ll send a follow up review in a month and hope that there is no more trace of mice.
