We called them early in the morning because the earwigs in our house were out of control in spite of our best do-it-yourself efforts. We had a technician out by 2pm the same day. He assessed the situation and treated the house. He told us what to expect in the near future and how long it would take for the treatment to be effective. We felt it was time to call in professionals and are comfortable with the cost.
