Phil was right on time. Took the time to explain the habits of mice and ants, and what they typically do to get rid of them. Showed me where he placed boxes to poison them vs. traps to kill them instantly. Found an entrance spot in our crawl space for the handful of mice we have seen inside. He will seal that spot on his next visit 30 days from now. Very knowledgeable of the area and answered all my questions. Nice guy.
