We have had the year round service contract for several years now after a bad episode with bees in the house. The quarterly service helps keep ALL the critters and bugs almost 99.99% away. Anytime we have had issues they are quick to schedule an appointment to take care of our new unwanted "residents". Recently we have had a mice issue and Pete was there to take care of it all and also explain the "why and how" of it all.
