Great service experience today. My technician Alex was friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job of checking for mice and other woodland creatures who might want to come inside for the winter. He explained everything in great detail and really took his time to make sure that all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. Alex does an awesome job, be sure to ask for him when scheduling your appointment. Keep up the good work!

He was very informative and let me know exactly what he was going to do and also told me it was pet friendly so nothing would be harmful to my cat. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I also loved the woman I spoke to originally on the phone she understood all my concerns.

Today was our first visit with A-Action. Alex came on time and was very professional and extremely nice. He explained in detail what he was going to be doing and looking for. He took his time completing the services, both inside and outside of our home. He then went over with me everything that he did. So far, we are very happy with the company and with Alex.
