We had a rather large mouse problem in the house. I called A-Action Pest Control and asked therm to come and look at the problem. They responded quickly and came on time. The technician was extremely pleasant and very thorough. He identified the problem and plugged the places where he thought the mice were getting in. He said that the company would call in about 4 months to see if the problem had been resolved. The company called and scheduled a follow-up visit today and the same technician came and checked what he had done. There was no further activity and the problem has been resolved.
