The technician, Jason, was very friendly and professional. He explained the services he would provide and seemed very efficient and thorough. He did successfully remove the wasp’s nest that was the reason for the call and treated other areas as a prevention. All of the office staff were very helpful. I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with.

Alex came out to treat our fireplace chimney for hornets. I am very pleased to report that it has been a week now, and they are all gone. What once was a 'beehive' of activity is now completely quiet. All that remains are a few dead hornets. Mission accomplished and job well done! Thanks!
