We recently moved into a new home and a major pest control company told us we had 5-6 wasps in a hive but they couldn't tell us where or how large the nest was. They sent someone out the next morning, Austin described everything he was doing in detail and did extensive treatment on the house. Turns out we had a yellow jacket nest with dozens flying around. He found exactly where the nest was, gave us a detailed timeframe, and offered to come back and seal the house where the bugs were getting in.
