I've watched some other neighbors exterminator companies come by, and they just take her gingerly stroll through their yard not really paying attention to much, unlike Phil on the other hand, he goes through your yard with a purpose. This man works hard, and is very thorough. Even points out things that could attribute to either your ant wasp or rodent problem. Even notice things that I missed and I was standing right in front of it.
