Easy to schedule appt. My need was not urgent so can't speak to that. Rick from A-Action arrived on the scheduled day and took care of business - exterminated ground bumble bees, sprayed eaves and soffit to prevent other wasps, yellow jackets, bumble bees, and hornets. All seems good a few days later and is warrantied for the future. I'd recommend.
