We had tried using Terminix to deal with a spider and centipede problem, but they not only failed to improve our pest problems, but their technician failed to show up twice when I had taken time off work to be home without even a phone call to notify me. A-Action was recommended to us by a family member, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Our technician Pete is always on-time and very professional. He gives a good explanation of the treatment being performed, he is very thorough when spraying both inside and outside the house, and he is very friendly with our two dogs.
