Small family owned and operated business out of Antioch. Called them to get info and pricing about mice in garage and basement. Nikki answered the phone there and was very pleasant and helpful. She had a technician out in a couple of days named Stan. He’s your man for pest control…. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He called to let me know he was on his way, as I requested. He was very easy to talk to and took the time to explain everything he was going to do both inside and outside. Answered all our questions without hesitation.

Called A-Action yesterday because we heard some scratching in our walls. Spoke with Bridget who could not have been nicer or more helpful in explaining their services. She emailed me some information that I could share with my husband. We decided to use A-Action to check the noise and also to spray for spiders. Quickly got another email while I was still in the phone with Bridget and I was able to sign and pay electronically.
