Rick left awhile ago. He was very professional, letting us know what he was doing and why. After we described our mouse sighting a couple days ago, he placed three indoor bait stations in the kitchen, one more in the basement and two outdoor stations near likely entry points. He discussed our insect problem - occasional large black ant in the house - and then sprayed around the house while placing the bait stations.
