We had a huge wasp infestation in our home that turned into an emergency situation, after I was stung 3 times and my puppies were getting stung. I use AAction for my regular extermination needs, but they really came thru for me when I needed them. From Shannon, in customer service, who got a tech out quickly, to Alex who did a very thorough job of finding all the nests and keeping me informed of all he was doing. He was awesome! Can’t thank him enough! I am in a rural area and AAction really went above and beyond to find a tech and get him out to my home quickly!

Alex ortega, the tech A Action sent out went above and beyond his duties to answer any questions we may have had. His explanation of what he was doing and why was very clear and he makes it easy to understand. He also pointed out a much larger issue that we have that we wouldnt have known about had he not brought it to our attention. Thank you guys and cant wait until next time.
