Phil and his partner were very professional and did top notch work. They were friendly and courteous, and fully explained their procedure for getting rid of the yellow jacket nest that had taken up residence next house. I didn't hear the doorbell when they came because I was in the backyard, but rather than just leave, they took the time to find me, for which I was thankful.
